The HRH Princess Belle Rachel Foundation invites driven and compassionate young professionals to join our Trainee Program — a transformative journey designed to nurture the next generation of African changemakers.

About the Program

Our Trainee Program offers a hands-on learning experience in the core areas of our foundation’s work — including community development, economic empowerment, sustainability initiatives, and strategic partnerships.

Over the course of the program, trainees will:

Gain practical field experience in impactful community projects.
Work alongside experienced leaders and mentors across various departments.
Develop skills in project management, leadership, and social innovation.
Participate in training workshops focused on meritocracy, ethics, and community engagement.

Outstanding performers may be offered permanent positions within the foundation or recommended for leadership tracks in future initiatives.
