About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and community-driven Healthcare Representative to support our field operations and health outreach programs.
This role involves working directly with local populations, healthcare partners, and community leaders to promote wellness, deliver essential health information, and connect individuals to vital services.

You will play a key role in ensuring that every person regardless of background or circumstance — has access to compassionate, quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a liaison between the foundation, healthcare providers, and local communities.
Promote health awareness through education campaigns, community workshops, and outreach activities.
Assist in organizing medical missions, screenings, and vaccination drives.
Identify and report community healthcare needs to program coordinators.
Support data collection, beneficiary follow-up, and documentation of field activities.
Uphold the foundation’s principles of neutrality, inclusivity, and respect for local culture.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health, or a related field.
Experience in community health programs, NGO work, or public outreach is an asset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and/or local languages preferred.
Compassionate, reliable, and respectful of cultural diversity.
