About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and community-driven Education Representative to help us expand and strengthen our educational programs. This role is perfect for someone who believes that education is the cornerstone of empowerment and wants to be part of meaningful change.

As an Education Representative, you will act as a bridge between the Foundation and local schools, communities, and educational authorities—ensuring that our initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with local needs.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the Foundation in educational outreach programs, schools, and community events.
Identify local educational needs and support the development of relevant programs and partnerships.
Collaborate with local governments, institutions, and NGOs to strengthen educational access and quality.
Assist in implementing training, literacy, and youth development initiatives.
Monitor and report on program progress, highlighting success stories and community impact.
Promote the Foundation’s values and mission in all engagements.

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s degree or PhD in Education, Social Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and at least one local language.
7+ years Experience working with schools, NGOs, or community programs is highly valued.
Passion for education, community service, and social development.
Culturally sensitive, empathetic, and adaptable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse environments.
