General Requirements (apply to all programs) 

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
• Demonstrated commitment to community service, leadership, or social impact
• Ability to communicate effectively in English or the primary language of the program
• Willingness to participate actively in training, mentorship, and follow-up activities

For the Scholarship Program:

•  Students from low-income families (proof of enrollment required)
• Youth or adults committed to completing training programs
• Recommendation from school, community, or social service authority
• Proof of enrollment or admission to an accredited institution
• Academic transcript or record showing consistent performance
• Statement of purpose describing career goals and community contribution.
